Strict KYC identity
Every branch, representative and finance manager is identity-verified before they can touch an order. Customers verify once with a Passport, Driving Licence or National ID.
Encrypted calls, zero number sharing
Calls and chat happen inside the app, routed through CoinBridge infrastructure. Audio is never recorded, and your phone number is never revealed — to anyone.
Location, only while it matters
Your location is used to route your representative during an active order — and only then. Nothing tracks you in the background.

Information collected
- Identity details: Name, email, and device push tokens, used to sign you in and notify you about your orders.
- Logistics data: Precise GPS coordinates during active field representative deployment only.
Data control
Account erasure
You retain absolute control over your platform footprint. Wipe your data instantly from the app, or request a remote deletion.
Primary: instant app wipe
Navigate to Settings → Security in the CoinBridge app and select "Erase Account". All ledger history, KYC documents, and session keys are purged immediately from our databases.
Secondary: manual protocol
If device access is lost, email our compliance team directly from your registered address to force a network-wide data purge within 7 days.
